When you email me to join my waiting list, please tell me a little about why you’d like to work specifically with me, what you are looking for in individual sessions, and what your goals are.  

When you make a first appointment, please let me know if we will be meeting by Zoom videoconference (I'll send you a link), or if  you will be calling me by phone

You will be asked to give your time zone, and the appointment times will show in your time zone through the wonders of technology!
